The SemCair.ai complies with Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD). This document details how we exercise our responsibilities under the law and how you can exercise your rights.
Legal Basis for Data Processing
We process your personal data based on the following legal assumptions:
- Consent (Art. 7, I): Obtained during registration in the wizard. You can revoke at any time;
- Contract execution (Art. 7, V): To provide the contracted service (scam checking);
- Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX): To improve the service with anonymized data.

Confirmation and access — Find out if we process your data and obtain a copy.
Correction — Update incomplete or incorrect data.
Elimination — Request the deletion of data processed based on consent.
Portability — Receive your data in a structured format.
Revocation of consent — Withdraw your authorization to process data.
Sharing information — Know with which entities your data was shared.
How to Exercise Your Rights
Send an email contato@semcair.com.br informing which right you wish to exercise. We will respond within 15 working days, as provided for by law.
Security Measures
- We adopt appropriate security measures to protect the data processed by the project;
- Access to information is restricted to authorized people;
- Controls are carried out to monitor and record activities when necessary;
- Data protection, storage and recovery routines are applied;
- Security practices are periodically reviewed to reinforce information protection.
Security Incidents
In the event of a security incident that could cause significant risk or damage, we will notify National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) and the affected holders, in accordance with Art. 48 of LGPD, informing the nature of the data, the risks and the measures adopted.
Nature of Analysis
The results provided by SemCair.ai are in nature informative and indicative. The sole purpose of processing the data sent (links, PIX keys, telephone numbers) is the security analysis requested by the holder. No automated decisions with legal effect are made by the system — any action resulting from the analysis is the sole responsibility of the user.
Minors' Data
The Service is intended for people over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we identify data from minors, it will be deleted immediately.
