Safe use of SemCair.ai
Guidelines for using the wizard without exposing sensitive data.
SemCair.ai is a standalone scam prevention tool. We are not a bank, financial institution, public body, WhatsApp, Meta, Google, store, operator, card company or official representative of third parties.
What we never ask for
SemCair.ai never requests, collects, or needs you to send:
- password, token, SMS code or authentication code;
- CVV, complete card or bank login details;
- document photo, selfie, biometrics or proof of life;
- remote access to your cell phone, computer, banking app or account;
- credentials from any service, bank, store, operator or public body.
What to send for analysis
Send only the suspicious content necessary for analysis, such as a link, message excerpt, phone number, PIX key or typeable bill line. Whenever possible, remove unnecessary personal data before submitting.
Before forwarding a message: delete full names, CPF, address, email, card number, balance, statements, receipts with personal data and any information that is not necessary to understand the possible scam.
How to interpret the answer
Analyzes are informative and indicative. They help to recognize signs of risk, but do not guarantee detection of all scams, do not replace legal, financial or technical advice and do not guarantee recovery of amounts.
In case of suspicion involving money, confirm directly through the official channels of the institution involved. Do not use telephone numbers or links received in the suspicious message itself.
Required suppliers
To operate the Service, we may use necessary vendors such as WhatsApp/messaging, hosting, infrastructure, AI tools, security, anti-fraud, fulfillment and payment. We do not sell personal data and do not share personal information with advertisers.
Payments
When contracting a paid plan, payment data must only be provided in the secure environment of the payment processor. SemCair.ai does not ask for CVV, full card number or bank password through WhatsApp.
