1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the SemCair.ai digital assistant ("Service"), available via WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

SemCair.ai is an independent automated assistant that helps identify signs of possible scams and digital fraud, including analyzing links, PIX keys, invoices, telephone numbers and suspicious messages. The Service uses artificial intelligence, public databases and operational providers to offer informative and indicative analyses.

2.1 Independent Nature

SemCair.ai is not a bank, financial institution, public body, WhatsApp, Meta, Google, store, operator, card company or official representative of third parties. Brands, banks, bodies or platforms mentioned in analyzes are only mentioned to contextualize risks reported by the user.

2.2 Data We Never Request

The Service never requests a password, token, SMS code, authentication code, CVV, full card details, bank login, document photo, selfie, remote access or credentials. The user must submit only suspicious content necessary for analysis and remove unnecessary personal data before submission.

3. Limitation of Liability

The SemCair.ai provides indicative analyzes based on known patterns of fraud. The Service:

• Does not guarantee detection of 100% of scams;
• Does not replace guidance from competent authorities (Polícia Civil, Procon, Banco Central);
• Does not constitute legal, financial or technical opinion;
• Not responsible for decisions made based on the analysis provided;
• Does not guarantee the recovery of values ​​in the event of a completed scam.

In the event of a successful scam, immediately contact the competent authorities. The bot can guide the first steps, but the responsibility for the action lies with the user.

4. Plans and Payments

The Service offers a free plan (5 evaluation consultations) and paid plans with consultations according to the commercial limits stated on the main page. Payments are processed by the Asaas platform or another payment provider informed at the time of contracting.

Paid plans can be refunded in up to 7 days, in accordance with current commercial conditions and applicable legislation. This refund policy does not represent a guarantee of results, detection or recovery of amounts in the event of a scam.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send illegal, offensive content or content that violates the rights of third parties;
• Overload the system with automated requests (bots, scripts);
• Try to access data from other users;
• Send passwords, authentication codes, CVV, full card details, bank login, photos of documents, selfies or your own or third party credentials;
• Use analyzes for commercial purposes without prior authorization.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, algorithms and SemCair.ai brand are the exclusive property of the company. Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

7. Suspension and Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive or automated behavior, without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Jurisdiction and Legislation

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The jurisdiction of the district of São Paulo/SP is hereby elected to resolve any disputes.
